There are different E+V camera systems for the classification of poultry carcasses, the VTS2000 for chicken and turkey carcasses as well as for the inspection of paws.

The VTS2000 measures the poultry carcasses online e.g. lengths, widths and areas and predicts the weights of the valuable cuts and the breast yield.

Furthermore, the system measures different defects like broken wings, scratches, blisters or other defects.

Another vision system for poultry carcasses is the paw inspection system.

The system classifies the paws based on the expert calls into the classes A, B, C, D.

Based on industry demands, the system continuously gets further developed and upgraded to new versions.
